We were brought in to reimagine the annual holiday celebration for a Washington D.C.-based tech agency known for going all out for its team. The previous year’s event had honored the founders’ 10th anniversary. This time, our challenge was to create a fresh experience that still celebrated the people who make the company thrive.
 

We presented two immersive thematic directions:
 

• Fire & Ice – a dramatic concept reflecting the duality of the founders’ personalities, highlighting contrast and balance.

• Galaxy of Stars – a cosmic, team-centered concept that positioned every employee as a vital star in the company’s orbit, celebrating their unique contributions to the agency’s success.
