Casa Grande is a luxury boutique hotel in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, that had been operating with minimal marketing and an outdated brand identity. I led a comprehensive refresh of the brand’s positioning and messaging to better reflect its unique offering—where modern luxury meets rich Mexican culture and earthy elegance. To support consistent communication moving forward, I also developed a social media toolkit with clear guidance on the updated visual direction and tone of voice. The goal was to create a brand that resonates with global travelers while honoring its local roots.
