GleeFull Supplements is a women-focused supplement brand supporting women pre-, during, and post-menopause. Founded by women for women, the brand has cultivated a deeply loyal community rooted in support and shared experience.

With rising buyer skepticism across the category, GleeFull recognized the need to strengthen trust and elevate its overall perception. I was brought in to help refine the brand’s identity and clarify its personality—an essential step for sharpening market positioning and establishing a consistent, resonant tone of voice.

Once we achieved brand alignment, we moved to their most important sales tool: the website. The goal was to transform the digital experience into something warmer, more inviting, and modern, moving away from the outdated design that previously reduced trust and credibility.

With a refreshed brand image in place, the company also sought to elevate its subscription program. We developed a more sophisticated membership and unboxing experience, including updated packaging, perks, and messaging.

This is an ongoing engagement, and we are currently preparing for a full photoshoot to update all product and lifestyle imagery to reflect the new creative direction.
