The U.S. Small Business Administration's Mentor-Protégé Program needed an event experience that reflected the strength of collaboration, innovation, and the future of American small business. We developed a cohesive creative concept centered around interlocking building blocks: a visual metaphor for partnerships, growth, and the idea that together, we build stronger leaders for tomorrow.

Inspired by the program's theme, "Be Stronger. Lead the Future," the experience utilized a refined palette of U.S. government colors, transforming the venue into an immersive branded environment that felt modern, intentional, and distinctly federal without feeling institutional.

Our team led the creative direction across every touchpoint, including the stage environment, custom installations, environmental graphics, wayfinding, presentation visuals, and bespoke award design. Every element was designed to reinforce the program's mission while creating a polished, memorable experience for attendees and honorees alike.
