I co-founded Casa Alma, a modern creative studio, where I led the development of our brand identity, positioning, messaging, and creative direction from the ground up. I built our internal systems, infrastructure, and operational processes, and handpicked a team of 10+ top-tier creatives across web, app development, project management, and design. Under my leadership, Casa Alma was recognized by DesignRush as a Top Creative Agency in Washington, DC. Our client portfolio spans both corporate and creative industries, from Deloitte to the talent agency StayProGroup.
